I am always trying to find a balance in my life between medicine and art. I used this orthopedic casting plaster from my job as a Physician Assistant to create a fresco. The plaster is layered with dried dogwood petals and the flowers are painting with watercolors. The works are framed over a layer of burlap for added texture.
